CrewNow is designed for yacht crew, employers, and hiring connections within the yachting industry.

All users must provide accurate and truthful information when using the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Keep your profile honest and up to date. Misrepresenting your qualifications, experience, or availability may result in account removal.

Employers must post legitimate, real roles only. Fake or misleading listings are not permitted.

Crew members must apply honestly and professionally to every opportunity.

Yacht names and sensitive employer details may be partially hidden until an application is accepted.

All users are expected to handle personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Harassment, spam, fake job postings, and any misuse of the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Users who represent themselves as MLC compliant, vessel representatives, captains, recruiters, agencies, employers, or authorized hiring parties confirm that all such statements are accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.

If a user displays or requests any trust badge — including but not limited to MLC Compliant, Verified Vessel, Verified Captain, Verified Recruiter, Verified Agent, or CrewNow Checked — the user confirms that they have the right to make that claim and can provide reasonable supporting information if requested.

CrewNow may request documentation, remove badges, hide profiles, suspend accounts, remove job listings, or restrict access if any claim appears false, misleading, unverifiable, or harmful to users.

Users remain solely responsible for their own professional representations, job offers, employment terms, contracts, payments, working conditions, immigration requirements, maritime compliance, insurance, and legal obligations.

CrewNow is a connection platform and does not guarantee employment, verify every claim by default, act as an employer, act as a crew agent, or replace the need for independent due diligence.

CrewNow may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
